The Tinton Falls Police Department is focused on being a”full-service" municipal police agency employing 40 sworn officers and 1 civilian employee. The department is composed of a diverse group of individuals who are highly motivated and professional. It is with great pride that I can say that almost every officer within the agency has at least an associate’s degree, while most have bachelor’s degrees. Even more impressive is that most of the staff officers holding the rank of Sergeant or better have already obtained a master's degree, or are in pursuit of obtaining their master's degree.
