›On Same Day Trips: buses leave from the main parking lot, in front of Borough Hall. Members should park in this same area, in front of Borough Hall.
›On Overnight Trips: buses leave from the parking lot, behind the Police Department. Members should park in this same area, behind the Police Department.
›Reimbursements for all cancellations will be honored up to three weeks prior to departure on the overnight trips, three days prior to departure on day trips.
›There will be no refunds for any pre-purchased items such as show tickets or dinners included in the package.
›Travel insurance is highly recommended. See coordinator for applications.
›Trips of three days duration or less must be paid when making reservations. For longer trips, a $75.00 deposit is required then full payment two weeks before trip.
›Important: All trip passengers must give the name, address and phone number of someone to be notified in case of emergency. A copy of this list will be furnished to the Police Liaison Officer for your protection in case of emergency.
