Council Presentations......

At the Borough Council meeting on July 20, 2010 the Borough Clerk, Karen Mount-Taylor, swore in Megan Thomas, the new Court Administrator as she was surrounded by family.  Megan had been the Deputy Court Administrator and has worked for the Borough for over ten years.  Borough Council congratulated the new Court Administrator and wished her well in her new position.

At the same meeting, Council President Gary Baldwin made an Eagle Scout presentation to Stanley DeLage as he was surrounded by family.  After many years in scouting, since 2003, Stanley has completed the requirements for Eagle Scout status.  Some of Stanley's accomplishments are:  he has earned 24 merit badges, hiked 28.3 miles, camped out 74 nights, and volunteered over 82 hours of community service.  As a member of Troop 124, he has achieved many honors such as Senior Patrol Leader, Arrow of Light, Polar Bear Swim, and Tote `n Chip; and the honor of Eagle Scout is only bestowed to 2% of all boys who join the ranks of Scouting.  Congratulations Eagle Scout Stanley Delage.
