Tuesday, May 24 - NJ American Water is scheduled to clean water mains in the area of Green Meadow Drive and Sugar Maple Lane. There will be no intersections blocked, no loss of pressure and no discoloration to household water.
2016 Tinton Falls Recreation Summer Camp - In person registration will take place beginning Wednesday, May 25, 2016 in the Community Room on the lower level of the Municipal Building from 12 PM - 5 PM and may be handed in by friend or family member. The Monmouth County Mosquito Control Division (MCMCD) currently provides a Tick Identification and Testing service for the residents of Monmouth County. The Tick Identification and Testing service provides a "first alert" against disease for people receiving a tick-bite. Information can be found at www.visitmonmouth.com/mosquito.
Applications of pesticides by the Monmouth County Mosquito Control Division to control adult mosquitoes may be made at any point from May 1st through November 30th as is necessary. CLICK HERE for information regarding the treatment operations to control adult mosquitoes, also known as adulticiding. In adulticiding operations, all pesticides used are registered by the USEPA and NJDEP and recommended for use by the New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station for the control of adult mosquitoes.
