10/7/2009 - Comcast Has New Customer Service Guarantees

Residents,

Please read the following letter received from Comcast Government Affairs Office which has announced a new "Customer Guarantee" program for our municipality.  Their new Customer Guarantee is their promise that they will hold their products, service and employees to the highest standards - whether at sign-up, during the normal course of business or during a service visit.  Their goal is to provide a superior customer experience the first time, every time.

On page three of this letter is a quick overview of all Customer Guarantees promised including a monetary credit for poor service.
