Tinton Falls Library Celebrates Veteran's Day 2010....

Stop by our Veteran's Day display which is now being shown from Monday, November 8th to Friday November 12th.

The Tinton Falls Public Library celebrates Veteran's Day all week with two displays of photographs and memorabilia loaned to the library by members of the Tinton Falls community. Two noteworthy veterans whose pictures were included in the display are: Victor Ransom and Fay Gallup Cloutier. Victor (Vic) Ransom, former WWII Tuskegee Airman, Bell Labs executive and current library volunteer is shown below beside his photo (third row from the top). Fay Gallup Cloutier, former WWII Marine and current resident of Seabrook Village, is shown standing in front of the library fireplace in the "living room" area. Her photo collage shows her at the wheel of a jeep and on the firing range.
