The Tinton Falls Girls Softball League announces its registration for the 2012 spring season. The TFGSL is a rec league for girls aged 7 to 15 as of December 31, 2011. Additionally, 6-year-olds with at least one year of t-ball may play as well, so long as they can display basic skills. Girls aged 9 to 15 will be expected at a skills evaluation in late February for the purpose of creating fair, balanced teams. It is not a try-out, the TFGSL is a rec league, and any girls of the proper ages may play. Girls who sign up by Wed 1/25/12 will be invited to a free clinic in mid-February. Dates of the clinic and evaluation will be announced shortly. Registration forms will be distributed in Tinton Falls schools prior to the first day of signups. Wednesday 1/25/12 from 6 to 8 PM, TF Library
