Full-Time Maintenance Mechanic Borough Of Tinton Falls

The Borough of Tinton Falls is seeking a qualified candidate to perform the duties of Mechanic. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of (5) five years verifiable experience with diesel and gasoline engines; Experience with air brakes & hydraulics; Must possess excellent electrical diagnostic and repair skills; Ability to utilize diagnostic computer to troubleshoot & diagnose mechanical and electrical problems; Basic welding skills (Oxy-acetylene/ MIG); Knowledge of refuse and off highway equipment preferred; ASE certifications preferred; Must possess a valid New Jersey Driver’s license in good standing; CDL class A is preferred, however the successful candidate will be required to obtain one within (6) six months as a condition of  employment; Salary range $63,982-$82,000 commensurate with experience, plus benefit package.  Send completed DPW EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION and resume to: Deanna Keefer, 556 Tinton Avenue, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724, or email This email address is being protected from spambots.
