The Borough's software program that it uses for various permits and forms, SDL/GovPilot, has been out of service since Monday, May 11, 2026. The following are the main areas that are impacted: Zoning Permits, Construction Permits, Certificates of Occupancy, Fire/Smoke Alarm Permits, Pet Licenses, Code Enforcement Complaints, and Department of Public Works Service Requests. Users are still able to submit requests online, but Borough staff is currently unable to review or approve the permit applications or requests.
