Code Enforcement Information

The Code Enforcement Department is responsible for making sure residential and commercial property owners follow the Borough Ordinances and property maintenance codes.

Certificate of Continued Occupancy- The Borough requires a “CCO” be obtained for all residential and commercial property sales, rentals, transfer of title, or change in occupancy.
